This easy breezy dress I picked for the OC Style Report’s Blogger of the Month shoot was one of my favorites because it hits all the current trends – stripes, off the shoulder, and ties. The smocked neckline makes this an easy dress up or dress down outfit (which I love). What makes this dress unique are the ties on the sleeves so you can wear them down or pull them up and the rope-like belt which gives more structure to the dress. I paired these with a classic bootie, but I could have easily also thrown on a pair of tennis shoes or flip flops to dress this down.
