As fall quickly approaches and everything becomes pumpkin spice, I thought it would be fitting to temporarily stray from my typical black and go with something more representative of autumn. This rust orange hue is the perfect transitional dress for fall. The midi length is great to keep the legs warm on cooler days and nights and if you want to shorten it, you can also just pull the bodycon dress up and have it drape in the waist area to make it more of a mini dress (like I did on some of these photos).
When I wear a brighter color like orange, I like to add a complementary color like white or denim (blue) to really bring out the outfit. For this look I wore my oversized white blazer (which I also wore here) and my new favorite white pumps from Zara. Not only does the white stand out, but the orange tones do as well.
