Fall is my favorite season and I am so excited for all things fall! From the cooler temperatures to pumpkin spice everything to Halloween and Thanksgiving. But the main reason I love fall is for the fashion! Living in Southern California, we don’t get to wear as many layers and coats as I would like, but we still can have fun with fall neutrals and textures.
Here are my top Fall Trends this season…
Every year we see faux leather make a comeback as the weather gets cooler. There is just something about that sleek, smooth, buttery texture we know and love. And if you have been following me @dailykongfidence, you already know that I love a good neutral. This faux, leather midi skirt is a great one for fall. I love how the side panels accentuates curves, the high waist elongates legs, the side slit adds a bit of skin, and the midi length to make it classy. I also love the price – under $60!
This cutout bodysuit is also another trend from summer we are taking to fall. I’ve had this bodysuit for over a year and it keeps selling out. But it is back in stock for now, so grab it while you can. I am wearing size XS for reference.
Another fall staple are sweater dresses. Mini, midi, and even maxi length sweater dresses all look amazing for fall. I particularly love this knit dress from Revolve. It is a bit pricey, but I definitely see it as a staple piece I can wear for a long time. I fell in love with the color and can wear it now and take it into fall and winter with some added layers like this cropped leather jacket (sold out in my color but linked in white) or the denim version!
WHITE AFTER LABOR DAY
The rule of not wearing white after Labor Day doesn’t exist anymore. I personally love white all year round – it’s just so chic. This turtleneck midi dress is a fantastic option for all the upcoming fall and winter events. From office parties, showers, date nights, Thanksgiving and holiday soirees, this is the LWD you’ve been looking for. It runs a bit small so size up (wearing XS, but could have done a small in this one). Note: this dress is also lined so nothing shows through!
