I was invited to the OC Fashion Week Influencer event and a few days before the event I was informed that the dress code was ALL WHITE. Trying to go dress shopping with three kids is definitely not my favorite pastime so what is a mommy blogger to do? I ordered three white dresses from Revolve because I know they ship within a day (for Socal) and returns are free. Luckily I found the perfect cocktail dress that was sexy, chic, and most importantly, fit.
White dresses (or clothes in general) can be tricky especially for fear of undergarments showing. This dress in particular is backless which is normally a major issue for me because I just don’t do backless (need my support aka padding up front). I loved this dress, however, so I had to get creative and make it work. I wore my favorite Lululemon sports bra with detailed straps so that it almost looked like apart of the dress. Paired with nude lace-up heels and a fun clutch, I was ready for my close up!
