A white top and denim never fails. It is such an effortless look because it’s one that everyone has in their closet and can dress up. Just add a statement shoe or jacket (or both) to complete the look. Spring always has me grabbing my bomber jacket, my leather jacket, or my trench coat. For this outfit, I wanted something with a longer hemline to balance out the shorts. I was drawn to these denim shorts purely for its high waist, because in my opinion, anything with a high waist makes the outfit more chic. Anytime you do a high waist, I feel you should pair it with a cropped top or tuck in a fitted shirt or bodysuit. The only thing missing from this outfit is pockets for the shorts, but the adorable frays on the hemming make up for the lack of pockets to hide my unmanicured nails.
