When the weather warms up, you’ll see me in shorts. Not just shorts, but short shorts. However, it’s a balancing act. I love this lightweight waterfall jacket with a longer hemline to offset my micro length shorts and to add balance to this outfit (plus hide any imperfections behind my pale legs). The temperatures between winter and summer can vary, so I use layers to keep me warm but also to add texture to my monochromatic look. To complete the outfit I wore my vintage slouchy boots (vintage because I can’t for the life of me recall where I purchased these and there is no label or symbol to help jog my memory either), to keep the bottom half of my legs warm since I insist on wearing short shorts.

I LOVE the color camel on you! Ugh, you seriously can pull anything off. I totally adore how you styled the longer boots with your short-shorts 🙂 xx, sharon

It’s hard to find the right camel for us Asians but I think once we find it, we need to hold on to it! As a mom I feel like I have to cover some of these short shorts up. =)
